Our previous experience of advertising, in Ireland, primarily print advertising in the national papers) has been of limited success and definitely not something we would consider again if our first ad with Jobs.ie is anything to go by. We used Jobs.ie to recruit for the first time, in November 2008, for a Chef position. Within 24 hours we had 27 replies of which over half were very well qualified for the position advertised. We filled the position (the chef had come over from Ireland and had started working) within 10 days of our placing the ad.
